In 1942 Fabiani published his celebrated edition of Buffon illustrated with original prints by Picasso. In 1943 Picasso made a series of drawings in a copy of the edition of Buffon which he gave to his mistress and muse at the time, Dora Maar. This is a handsome reproduction of all the original drawings in that copy.
Numbered copy of limited edition of 2000 on velin.
