An example of eccentric modernist book making from the little-known Portuguese educator and amateur printer Paulo de Cantos who lived from 1892 to 1979. The book is an an analysis of the life and work of Camoes, Portugal's greatest poet. Although without illustrations the book's typography makes up for that. A fine copy.
