First edition, with definitions of the early 20th-century art movements (the "isms") in German, French, and English, and illustrated by reproductions of representative artworks. The striking cover and constructivist layout were designed by Lissitzky.
An unusually fine copy of a book which is almost never found with the original spine intact, as here, and just the slightest rubbing.
