Extremely rare and attractive isotype book from the period of the Third Czechoslovak Republic (1945-1948), which lays out the Benes "Two-Year Plan" created as a path to reconstruct the country's tattered economy following six years of German occupation during the Second World War. The rarity of this book likely relates to the change of regimes in Czechoslovakia as a result of the 1948 Communist Coup. Soiling to the wrappers, but internally immaculate. Apparently unrecorded.
