A typical piece of fascist propaganda celebrating the state of the Italian Empire and its plans for expansion. It is distinguished by the care taken over the book's production, from the elaborate silver embossed binding to the portrait of Mussolini with a printed cellophane overlay. A fine copy of this rare book, with OCLC listing only the Library of Congress worldwide.
