A handsome propaganda book purporting to show how the population as a whole were contributing to the war effort, but given the date of publication, the photographs and the reality must have been at a considerable variance. Some insignificant marginal water staining to the rear couple of leaves. OCLC lists only the copies at Princeton, Waseda and the National Diet Library.
