A charming sketchbook of drawings of Parisian life in the last decade of the nineteenth century reminiscent of the style of Gavarni. The drawings depict such things as ballroom scenes, a carnival, a soiree, the zoo, various street scenes and waiters serving customers. There are also some 30 political drawings of which 2 are on the Panama Affair. We have been unable to identify P de R.
