A charming panorama depicting Tokaido (the East Sea Road), the route connecting Kyoto to Tokyo. Travel, particularly along the Tokaido, was always a very popular topic in art and literature and a great many guidebooks of famous places were published and distributer the years, of which this is a good early twentieth century example. Some wear to the binding, but otherwise fine.
