It's hard to know where to look first in this beautifully designed and illustrated exhibition catalogue on the artist Fortunato Depero; every page stops you in your tracks. A wonderful photograph of Depero and Marinetti on the street in Turin in 1925 wearing their stitched, self-designed waistcoats is followed by dynamically visual chapters devoted to magazine work, advertising, artists' books, works on paper, paintings, and writings. A short introduction to the show is followed by over 200 pages of color plates. Illustrated essays on the artist, and translations of key texts complete the experience.
