An appealing bookbinding tools trade catalogue, profusely illustrated throughout with woodcut illustrations (some full- and double-page) of paper & board cutters, paper ploughs, stitching machines, laminating machines, gilding presses, perforators and handtools for book finishing. There are also Once a giant typographic and bookbinding tool supplier in Paris, the Boildieu firm has been all but forgotten and is now represented only by the series of catalogues it issued. Some discoloration to leaves adjacent to binding, but a very good copy.
